1. These conditions are obligatory for all orders placed by means of VESTA a.s. registered by municipal court, index part. B rider 8048 (VESTA a.s.), invoicing address VESTA a.s., U lužického semináře 99/22, 118 00 Praha 1, registered number: 2674 5810, tax registered number: CZ2674 5810.

Address for service: VESTA a.s. Hotel AMADEUS, Dalimilova 10, 130 00 Praha 3.

2. The agreement about ordering accommodation services between VESTA a.s. and the purchaser is concluded at the moment when the purchaser confirms the reservation / request form at online reservation. Confirmation of reservation will be sent to the purchaser after VESTA a.s. receives the payment of ordered service on its account, or receives an agreement for usages of credit card to pay for ordered services.

3. ON-LINE orders ( Reservations) – settlement of ordered services must be done in advance by
a/ credit card immediately during reservation via a web  secured server of BOOKASSIST                                      b/ bank transfer to the credit of VESTA a.s. account and either to CZK or EUR account.

4. All prices are stated in EUR, the settlement will be carried out in CZK according to actual daily conversion exchange rate EUR/CZK given by Czech National Bank.
In case the payment will be settled by bank transfer or paid in cash, it is possible to pay in CZK or EUR.

5. The purchases declares that he or she is at least 18 years old and that there is no legal restriction why the purchaser could not enter into contractual relations by using web presentation on www.ckvesta.cz governed by these General Contract Conditions. By entering into this Agreement, Purchaser fathers usages of web presentation, online orders, usage of its name and credit card that which will be charged for ordered services via VESTA a.s.. The Purchaser further declares that all provided information about him or her, or all persons stated in the order, are exact and true.

6. VESTA a.s. retains the right provide for its clients (individuals and groups) compensatory accommodation in the same or higher category within originally agreed terms in case of any unforeseeable events.

7. In case the Purchaser orders services for a party of 10 people and more, please contact reservation office directly, as the Purchaser will be offered special prices and conditions for groups / students. VESTA a.s. reserves the right to ask a deposit covering possible claims. No cancellation fees for groups are available only at least 31 days before the arrival according to hotel conditions!

According to hotel conditions group reservations require advanced deposit of at least 50% of totally ordered services. This article will be influenced unless the contract stated between VESTA a.s. and the Purchaser does not state otherwise.

8. Cancellation conditions ( cancellation terms and fees )
You can change or cancel your order in a written form (e-mail, fax) directly at VESTA a.s. and the change or cancellation needs to confirmed back. Cancellation directly in the accommodation provider that you ordered is not effective.

Cancellation of ordered service must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival date in order to be free of any fee. In case the Purchaser cancels ordered services after this threshold – meaning 2 days up to 0 days prior to arrival, or does not arrive at all, than the Purchaser will be charged cancellation fee amounting to total price of first night of ordered services.

9. All complaints relevant to your ordered services must be communicated to VESTA a.s. without any redundant delay, preferably immediately. Please contact hotel reception, report your complaint into the hotel request and complaints book and notify us in written form at info@ckvesta.cz

10. VESTA a.s. processes personal data in accordance with Act no.101/2000 Sb., about protection of personal information, with the sole purpose to provide travel services, eventually to send business notifications. Purchases consents to collection, saving and processing of personal data by VESTA a.s. and by VESTA’s employees. Purchases is unrestricted to recall this consent at any time in writing by sending this notification to address of service of VESTA a.s.

11. Contract conditions stated in specific contract concluded between Purchaser and VESTA a.s. take precedence over these General Contract Conditions.
